Communication of Supplier Performance Evaluation and Monitoring Criteria
Dear Partner, At VIKY & PIPPA, we base our actions on rigor and continuous improvement. As part of our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System, we share the criteria by which we evaluate the performance of our external suppliers, ensuring transparency and excellence in our value chain.
The evaluation is carried out on an ongoing basis, with a formal annual review based on the following performance indicators:

1. Product/Service Quality: Compliance with technical specifications and requirements.
2. Meeting Deadlines: Punctuality in delivery compared to agreed dates.
3. Responsiveness: Effectiveness and speed in resolving problems, requests, or technical support.
4. Complaint Rate: Percentage ratio between the number of non-conformities recorded and the volume of orders placed.
5. Competitiveness: Evaluation of the quality/price ratio and commercial conditions.

Monitoring and Reassessment: Suppliers who do not meet the minimum performance levels required will be contacted to implement corrective actions. Maintaining your status as a “Qualified Supplier” at VIKY & PIPPA depends on maintaining positive results in these indicators.
